My health has drastically improved over the last year for which I am very grateful to Dr Avtar, his Ayurvedic medicines and very professional treatment.

I was suffering from cysts in my right ovary, around the size of 4.8cm. As a result, I was experiencing extremely heavy menstrual flow, irregular menstruation and very severe and quite often what felt like unbearable pain/cramping during my cycle. Additionally to this, I had a polyp growth in my uterus. I was prescribed Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid by my gynaecologist to help with the menstruation flow and cramps, however I chose not to not take the medication. After the cysts remained in my ovary for a while, my gynaecologist had suggested operating on the cysts and removing them from my ovary but I did not opt for this as this comes with issues such as reduced fertility and there was no guarantee that there would not be any regrowth of cysts at a sooner or later stage in life, besides I was taking medication from Dr Avtar for treatment. I also had a fibroadenoma in my left breast around 4.2cmx3.8cm which showed no further growth but was still present. It was tender to the touch and occasionally painful.

My body was also deficient in Iron, with haemoglobin levels fluctuating between 7-10.5 but dropping regularly as low as around 7.1 even after taking Ferrous Fumarate 250mg supplements prescribed by my GP. I also commonly had constipation issues and be in a constant state of fatigue. I was not able to digest lactose and would get loose motions very quickly after having any dairy product.

Since taking medicines made and prescribed by Dr Avtar I have been experiencing many benefits.

Over the course of taking the medicines from Dr Avtar for around a year, following a scan it was discovered that the cysts in my ovary and the polyp have both completely disappeared. I no longer experience the same severeness of pain and cramps that I used to and my cycle comes regularly and the flow has decreased.

My fibroadenoma has significantly decreased in size since taking the medication regularly and I no longer feel any tenderness or pain.

My haemoglobin levels have increased up to the range of 10.5-12 which is still slightly lower than average but a very significant improvement from before especially considering the fact that I have been able to maintain this level.

I am also able to digest dairy, having no issues drinking different types of milk or taking various dairy products. I have regular bowel movements and no longer feel tired all the time. Over and above that, I have not only experienced physical but mental benefits, due to the reduction in fatigue I feel like my mind is clearer and I am more focused and less sluggish at work.

I have been pleased to not have experienced a single side effect from taking different Ayurvedic medications from Dr Avtar for various problems.
