I want to add to my previous comment and include that I was double vaccinated when I caught COVID.

I am 80 years old and I was quite ill with COVID. I contacted Avtar and told him my symptoms of fever, breathlessness, coughing, body ache, sore throat and extreme fatigue. In earlier days we used to have munis who would do a lot of study and research with the divine and never be afraid to speak their minds. I believe in destiny when someone meets for a purpose in life whom I knew as Dr. Avtar Singh first met at television live shows of Ayurveda in Sun Rise Southall in London. I contracted COVID-19 in the last week of March. It actually started with cough and soar throat and developed into fever. Temperature came down in less than a couple of days but that was followed by severe headache, which I never experienced in my life. And then cough became worse in less than a week's time, with severe congestion in my chest.
Initially I thought that all that was a bad flue but then soon I lost sensation of taste and smell. As I gathered that loss of sense of taste and smell were symptoms of COVID, I immediately rang up my family friend Dr Josh', who arranged a telephone consultation with his friend and professional colleague, Dr Avatar Singh, who runs Ayurvedic Herbal Centre in Purley Way, South Croydon.
Dr Avtar Singh, after diagnosing my case over the phone, gave me mediation for COVID, with which a got better within two days. It took nearly three weeks though, to get back to my normal routine.

My mother, Aksa Marshal, was diagnosed with the last stages (4B) of Ovarian Cancer one Year and eleven months ago. She went through a debulking surgery, then was offered Chemotherapy for around a year and a half. Unfortunately, the Chemo did not work and she relapsed a few months after. Later on, her kidney was being pushed by Cancer therefore a stent was inserted to release this. After this, her bowel got obstruct by Cancer, so a stoma bag had to be put on.

On 25 June 2019. I am a 48 years old male and have suffered from IBS since I was a teenager. I am writing to you in regards to the medicine/ treatment provided by yourself during my recent COVID 19 diagnosis.

My initial symptoms of COVID were sore throat, fever and fatigue. Upon consultation/advice with yourself, I was prescribed Ayurvedic tablets. I felt a significant decrease in my symptoms within a day of taking your prescribed dosage of the tablets. Within a few days, I was feeling much better and able to carry out my daily routine without any significant symptoms.

My health has drastically improved over the last year for which I am very grateful to Dr Avtar, his Ayurvedic medicines and very professional treatment.

I was suffering from cysts in my right ovary, around the size of 4.8cm. As a result, I was experiencing extremely heavy menstrual flow, irregular menstruation and very severe and quite often what felt like unbearable pain/cramping during my cycle. Additionally to this, I had a polyp growth in my uterus. I was prescribed Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid by my gynaecologist to help with the menstruation flow and cramps, however I chose not to not take the medication. After the cysts remained in my ovary for a while, my gynaecologist had suggested operating on the cysts and removing them from my ovary but I did not opt for this as this comes with issues such as reduced fertility and there was no guarantee that there would not be any regrowth of cysts at a sooner or later stage in life, besides I was taking medication from Dr Avtar for treatment. I also had a fibroadenoma in my left breast around 4.2cmx3.8cm which showed no further growth but was still present. It was tender to the touch and occasionally painful.

My body was also deficient in Iron, with haemoglobin levels fluctuating between 7-10.5 but dropping regularly as low as around 7.1 even after taking Ferrous Fumarate 250mg supplements prescribed by my GP. I also commonly had constipation issues and be in a constant state of fatigue. I was not able to digest lactose and would get loose motions very quickly after having any dairy product.

Since taking medicines made and prescribed by Dr Avtar I have been experiencing many benefits.

Over the course of taking the medicines from Dr Avtar for around a year, following a scan it was discovered that the cysts in my ovary and the polyp have both completely disappeared. I no longer experience the same severeness of pain and cramps that I used to and my cycle comes regularly and the flow has decreased.

My fibroadenoma has significantly decreased in size since taking the medication regularly and I no longer feel any tenderness or pain.

My haemoglobin levels have increased up to the range of 10.5-12 which is still slightly lower than average but a very significant improvement from before especially considering the fact that I have been able to maintain this level.

I am also able to digest dairy, having no issues drinking different types of milk or taking various dairy products. I have regular bowel movements and no longer feel tired all the time. Over and above that, I have not only experienced physical but mental benefits, due to the reduction in fatigue I feel like my mind is clearer and I am more focused and less sluggish at work.

I have been pleased to not have experienced a single side effect from taking different Ayurvedic medications from Dr Avtar for various problems.

From the age of 50 I have had type 2 Diabetes so for the past 10 years have been on prescribed medication from my doctors, some of the side effects were non to pleasant. Hence I decided to try Ayurvedic treatment I visited Dr Singh who has been treating me for the past few months. Last year suddenly I started feeling tired and was with the fever most of the days. For me it was hard to do anything coz was feeling so energy less. To climb a stairs was like climbing a mountain for me. Even To walk a few steps was head for me. -KidneyStones- Back in 2010 I was admitted to Mayday Hospital after suffering from bad pains in my lower left side of my back, I also had multiple x-rays and one MRI scan. I went too my doctors and they said it was Kidney Stones, I was in so much pain it was unbearable, at the time I was prescribed Strong Pain Killers. Where the pain was so bad I was taking at least 14 Co-Codemal tablets easily a day to reduce my pain. Back to the Kidney Stones, at one stage I started to pass blood and as time went by a piece of the Kidney Stone got stuck in the end of my penis. I have never been so worried and scared in my life it was terrifying. I was placed in hospital for a couple for days just to do more scans, I was also told I was needed an operation on my Kidney's, eventually In that time about a year later 2011. I went to see my neighbour Dr.Avtar by blessing. Then he started to explain to me about Ayurvedic Herbal Treatments, he give me some Ayurvedic Herbal medicine which was focused on healing the Kidney Stones. After about 4 to 5 days using the Medicine my urine then went to a sand form along with the urine. I went for another scan at the hospital roughly about a month later after using the Ayurvedic Herbal Treatments. Thee scan then showed no Kidney Stones at all.

-LiverTumour- In January 2013, I was diagnosed from Mayday Hospital Croydon, with a Tumour on my Liver had multiple scans in Jan 2015 my Tumour reached 4.5cm. Once again at this point I'd had enough, but went through with the CTScans and etc. I was so scared of the treatment Chemo therapy they was discussing in the hospitals at the time, I didn't know what way to turn so I discharged myself from the hospital. Honestly I was on about five hundred prescribed pills a week no doubt. Four weeks ago my Liver Tumour had gotten much worse because I lost complete appetite, I hardly ate half a sandwich a day. And my weight become 42kg, my strength and energy was completely drained and big cramps began to take action in my lower back and both legs. We called the ambulance and they took me to Mayday Hospital Croydon. And they referred me to St.Georges Hospital, they kept me for one day, they was also giving me more Painkillers during the time spent at the Hospital. Then all they done was prescribed extra Strong Pain killers and sent me home.

I already trusted him from past treatment, I ended up saying please do something for me. He started his Ayurvedic treatment, and from the second day of the treatment I stop taking my prescribed medication. Literally I stopped everything, no painkiller and other medicines I stopped. My appetite started functioning properly and I'm eating and I have more energy then before. And my weight has increased a lot in three weeks, I've gained 10kg, I'm from 42-52kg now. And I didn't have any side effects using the Ayurvedic treatment.

in late 2012 I had symptoms of Hpitites (lost my weight, no energy etc) GP referred me to Croydon university Haspital for blood test , blood test showed I have Hpitites C . Then I started treatment with Dr Avtar , the treatment was only for tow months . When I completed my tow months treatment , I went agin for blood test to Croydon university Haspital the test result was clear. I would like to mention my weight was 58 kg after treatment with Dr Avtar I put on my weight and I am Now 75 kg .

just wanted to let you know that the two maggage session I have had from you made a substantial difference. After the first massage on 24th of October 2015 the back felt less tense and the subsequent pain in the ankle, knee and hip eased out. After second massage on the 27th of October 2015 I felt the spine improved further, and throughout the long journey back home I was fine. when in the evening I look a warm salt bath, I felt intense burning and tingling sensation all over where the oil had been applied which continued well after the bath.
